SBS thermoplastic elastomer: is styrene - butadiene - styrene three segment copolymer, also known as thermoplastic styrene butadiene styrene block copolymer or thermoplastic, referred to as SBS.After cooling to room temperature,the polystyrensegments aggregate into a glassy microdomain, which acts as a physical cross-linking point for the polybutadiene segments, thereby rendering the material behaving as rubber.
